Drake and Brooklyn...Auntie Karen & Auntie Tori

These are all the pictures that were taken on my camera this past weekend. There will be more to come when the girls send out pictures! Sara, Karen, Tori, Erin, and Drake came to P-Town(Puyallup) to spend the night. We had tons of fun! Brooklyn was in seventh heaven with all the people around, she couldn't get enough of it! Drake was a great little play mate. It was fun to see Drake crawling around and doing things that Brooklyn will be doing at his age in a few short months.

Put us in Coach...We're ready to play!

Lauren (6weeks), Sophia, Hailey, and Brooklyn (with the runny nose, bad cold), at the basketball game. Our long time friend Destiny's (daughter Sophia) husband is the head girls coach at Bonney Lake High School. We went and watched a game. Brooklyn LOVES watching basketball. Her little head goes back and forth, up and down the court, watching the ball. She will either love to play or be a great manager someday! Go Panthers.

Mmmmmmm Good!

Brooklyn has been eating rice cerel for about a week now. She is 5 1/2 months. She loves it, but still has problems keeping it all in her mouth! Her first tooth is also coming in. Boy do things change fast.

Old Friends, New Beginnings

What a blessing friends are in our lives. The Sugarman's have moved to Yakima, Washington this past year. Ken's coaching days seem to be over (at least for now) and his family and him have moved back to good old Washington State. We feel blessed to have them just a few hours away, and after many years past since the college days, still have their friendship. We met up with Karen and got to go to UW to watch Brian's team (WSU) play. It was a basketball reunion of a different sort and much different circumstances then the days of old, but still such a joy. It was so great to see Stacey and Brians family. Johnny and Eli are some of the sweetest boys you will ever meet. They were so kind to Brooklyn and kept asking when she was going to get up from her nap so they could play with her! Brooklyn loved them and wanted to kiss and eat Johnny all the time. Nate has assured me that it is time to have another kid so Brooklyn has someone to play with. FAINTING! Nancy is an amazing mom, thanks for the sound advice, it was so fun having her around.

We finally made it to California. After a cancelled flight and hours on the telephone with the airlines we made it out Christmas Eve night. We had a wonderful time with Nate's family, the highlight certainly getting to meet Blake. Nate got sick Christmas day (really sick) then I got sick the next day, followed by Nate's dad. It was nasty stuff. I have even caught wind that Todd may have gotten it today and Addison had it a couple days ago. Due to the sickness Janet's family did not come down for the weekend. While we missed seeing them, it was still a very nice visit filled with lots of fun movies in the theatre room, relaxation, and one round of golf for Nate. Nothing can keep him away from that!
Christmas with the Whittingtons. This is at a really cool new place called The Fountains (I think). The weather was really nice. Sunny and cool.
Brooklyn and Blake. Yes, Brooklyn is older, by almost 2 months, but Blake has got her in weight and length. We loved getting to meet him. He is a great baby, full of smiles and coo's. We just love them!!!

Brooklyn had lots of fun at Grandma and Grandpa Whittingtons. SMILE!!!

Auntie Ashley with Addison and Brooklyn in Anthropologie. They were so patient and good, mommy can kind of get a little carried away in her favorite store!

Addison was soooo sweet to Brooklyn. She loved her! Addison would bring Brooklyn her toys and Blanket and play with her. I can't believe how tall Addison is, such a doll.

White Christmas take 2

This video was taken last night. The snow is sooo beautiful but has certainly put a damper on our Christmas plans. We were suppose to fly to California this morning to spend Christmas with the Whittingtons, but our flight was cancelled. I have been trying to call all night and morning to get another flight but can't get through. I e-mailed and they e-mailed me back and told me they would contact me in the next 5 days. WOW! Super 5 days what in the world. We have about 10-12 inches of snow. Last night I put the ruler in and we had a little over 7 and it snowed for many hours after that. So more snow in the forcast for tonight we will see what happens!

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas!

The snow has continued to come and apparently has no ideas of stopping. The temperatures are supppose to reach all of 29 degrees for the high tomorrow and apparently there is another system moving in. We have about 3 inches, which may not seem like much for some, but for us is alot, especially this time of year. With no rain or warm weather in the near future we are planning on enjoying God's Christmas gift to us here in Washington. I love the snow, everything is quiet and still when it snows, it is like God saying stop and take a look at my creation and greatness. I just love it!
A dear friend of Nate's family, Patty Robbinson, made this hat for Brooklyn. I adore it! She has been wearing it out in the cold weather.

Brooklyn is despertly wanting to be mobile. I am not sure I am ready for it, but I don't think she cares.

"Ok every one say Chesse" yeah right! Brooklyn and all her buddies. They are all girls, except Kase whom we love dearly, and all born three weeks apart. Brooklyn (#1), Sophia (#4), Kase(actually #1), Camden(Cami) (#3), Hailey (#2), and Isabella (Bella) (#5).
