Trick or Treat...Smarties are her favorite treat

Just a cute picture of Brooklyn wanting to hold Trent at the Table.

Our Halloween journey started at some friends house for a little get together with all the kids. They had fun playing with the toys and each other. Cami was not a witch but she really liked this hat and I couldn't resist this picture of her!

Trent my little lion hear him roar...

Some of the kids playing in their costumes

Introducing Brooklyn the bumble bee, she likes the tools. My first attempt at a costume . I took my inspiration from the costumes my Grandma use to make us. We were all a bumble bee at one point or another

Trent was shaking that rattle!

Little Delaney Raye (sorry Erin if the spelling is wrong)

Then we went home to see Gigi, Papa, Auntie Karla, and Tammy and hand out Candy. Some friends stopped by... Marcus, Reese, Drew and Brooklyn. Marcus (David and Erica McNicols little guy for those who know them) lives in our neighborhood so Brooklyn went out trick or treating with them. It was a blast.

Such great kids

Candy Candy candy

Marcus slipped up this step and he turns around to us right away and says, "I'm ok!" Such a tough football player!

Run Bumble Bee Run!

Cami's Grandparents live in our neighborhood so we stopped by to pick up Cami. Denise had a special bag of treats for Brooklyn when she arrived, so sweet!

Cami opening the door

So excited to see each other

We finally made it back home. Brooklyn's hat and antenna's were off by then and we had had the prefect amount of trick or treating. Cami the little lady bug was still going strong!

Ok they are both done

All done and a big smile!

Funky Junk Finds and Friends

I had to post my Funky Junk finds because, one I love them, and two I have to make sure you girls remember how much fun we had so that you all come and stay with me again and go this spring. It was the best one yet in my opinion, and I am not saying this because they are my friends but, Bri and the girls had the best booth in the whole place. They had two spots this time and double the treasures. I am now really regretting not buying this console/end table thing from them. I was trying to have self control and see everything first and of course it sold. But what I did find was this incredible table and chairs for cheap cheap cheap. I have been looking for a nook table for 2 or more years now and just hadn't found anything I loved...that is until I spoted this beauty. I am still so excited. Thanks Nate, John and Karen for picking it up and bringing it to me!

This adorable $5.00 pink tree with ribbons and bulbs for Brooklyn's room this Christmas! The picture doesn't do it justice.

Some really cute hand made clips for Brooklyn's hair!

Love this picture but the dirt on her face didn't show up on the blog very well. Cute but not afraid to get dirty, love it!

Brooklyn and Trenton were full on wrestling. Boys are so different then girls.

Excuse the picture of me but this is a face Trent has started to make and it just makes me laugh. Probably because he has four teeth all breaking through at the exact same time.

Johnny came to visit again. Ok cause of work but we still love having him. We had a lot of fun! We are soooo glad he comes to the area for work a couple times a year. John, me, Trent, Karen and Brooklyn trying out the new table, works GREAT!

Pumpkin Carving Party

I had my junior high volleyball girls over for a harvest party. Once again my friend Bri helped me create one fun party!!! I have been blessed this year by 9 girls who are so joyful. They are innocent without being naive, which I am finding is rare these days. Everyday I was greeted with huge smiles and lots of good laughs.

This is Victoria who definitely had the most difficult pumpkin! What patience and precision she had! Here is the before and after.

The girls carving away. They had a blast. All their pumpkins turned out great!

Jerika, Sammy and Brooklyn. Brooklyn painted her pumpkin while the girls carved. Brooklyn loves the girls!

Carmel Popcorn made by my mom. YUm YUm! THanks MOM
